Conference Center "FORUM" in hotel N has two modern equipped conference halls with capacities from 10 to 150 people, one simultaneous translation office, free internet and other accompanying contents.
Both auditoriums ( halls ) are equipped with conference chairs with a worktop for writing, a work desk for lecturers - a chamber, projector screen, flipchart, LCD projector ... Work tables and other necessary equipment (platform, simultaneous translation equipment) we provide at the request of the user. In the biggest hall ("Academy") there is also sound system.
We organize all or partially, at your request, the following events: conferences, seminars, trainings, workshops, courses, education, presentations, exhibitions, promotions and other similar business meetings.
For conference center users, at very reasonable prices, we can provide hotel accommodation (in rooms and apartments), conference catering services (hot and cold drinks in refreshments, meals for participants, gala dinners ...), photocopying, printing.
